Youth sports injuries

Here is a neat little article which summarizes a clinical suspicion we have had for many years regarding sports injuries. 

Sport specialization in developing youths, combined with almost profession level time commitment, and unfortunately flawed or out dated training techniques has increased the prevalence of injuries.
The most important thing we advise is that in the event if injury, limit activity until it is fully healed, seek physical therapy quickly if it`s not responding and if repetitive find and address the cause.
